What do mean "Train a library"? It means train yourself at the Vulcan University. Its has a round shape and a big red dot in the middle. I prefer Delpie, they cover all things.

What does Eng Exp do?
I know, it's should be obvious, but it isn't. I've read the manual and the in-game instructions, it doesnt' tell me anywhere. Yeah, I know, engineers build and fix stuff, but what exactly do engineers for me in the game? I tweak the energy allocation bars myself anyway, who needs engineers?

I think all engineering exp does is make your reload times and shield recharge faster. But I'm not sure.

Engineering exp is used in conjunction with Away Team exp. It gives you a greater chance of stealing good stuff from a disabled ship or taking the thing entirely.

Another way to get Enigineering EXP. is to repair your ship often.
